The upper pattern is a modern design of the original Silver Shadow from 1981. HI-TEC's functional Rollin Gait System (RGS) was developed in 2011 by Vibram in collaboration with the HI-TEC product team. The Vibram Rollin Gait System sole features an innovative combination of midsole and outsole that supports the natural movement of the foot to reduce muscle fatigue.
