Returns Policy
- A SneakerBAAS order can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order, provided the products are in their original condition.
- We will not refund money or exchange products if they are not in their original condition and returned in the original packaging.
- Shipping costs will be reimbursed in the form of BAAS points that can be used for the next order. The actual shipping costs will not be reimbursed by SneakerBAAS.
- Products from the SALE category (or to which a DISCOUNT CODE has been applied) can be converted into store credit (which is valid for 12 months upon receiving the store credit), or exchanged for another product.
- We will wait with the refund until we have received the goods back. If you have paid an amount, SneakerBAAS will refund this amount as soon as possible (no later than within 14 working days after receipt of the return shipment)
- SneakerBAAS is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during return shipping.
- We try to process all returns as quickly as possible, with a maximum duration of 14 working days. SneakerBAAS strives to send an email when the return process has been completed, but cannot guarantee this. Check yourself whether you have received the amount to be refunded.
- Is there something wrong with your product? Contact our Customer Service (cs@sneakerbaas.com) SneakerBAAS will handle the defect and, if necessary, consult with the supplier of the product. If the damage is caused by a manufacturing error, you will receive a new product of your choice (same purchase amount).
- It is not possible for us to refund money for defects.
Returns process
The following is important when returning a SneakerBAAS order:

Place the product in a separate shipping box with the return form included in the product packaging.
- Send the package to the address indicated on the returns form.
