SneakerBAAS ships all orders with highly reputable and reliable shipping companies:

• POSTNL
• DHL
• DPD
• UPS

Weekend : A domestic order placed before 12:00 noon can be shipped the same day. During busy periods this may take a little longer;

Working days : A domestic order placed before 9:00 PM can be shipped the same day. This may take a little longer during busy periods.

Unfortunately, SneakerBAAS has no influence on delays, but we always do our best to help our customers as best as possible.

Shipping costs depend on the delivery address, weight and size of the order.

You can view your order at any time by logging into your Baas account or using Order Lookup at the bottom of this page.

If you have not received an email, we recommend that you check your spam box.

SPECIAL for UK deliveries:

Orders over £135 are subject to a different tax system, whereby the customer is responsible for paying VAT and IMPORT DUTIES. Unfortunately, SneakerBAAS cannot cover these costs. So keep this in mind.
