    • My size is no longer available, will you still receive it?

      Sometimes we manage to get new stock (restock) and we immediately report this on our social media channels. We recommend that you follow SneakerBAAS on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter and subscribe to our newsletter so that you are always informed. SneakerBAAS also works with a restock alert. As soon as a size is not available, it is possible to register for it. If the size is replenished again, you will receive an email to the email address you registered with. We cannot guarantee that the size is still available when you look at the site. The products are not reserved, so be quick!

    • Which payment methods can I use?

      We accept all common credit cards, Paypal, iDeal and Klarna (payment after 30 days).

    • Are you getting a specific release?

      We recommend that you follow SneakerBAAS on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter and subscribe to our Newsletter so that you are always informed.

    • How do I know which size I need?

      Advice about sizing is included with each sneaker. You can use this advice to see how this sneaker generally fits. If you would like further advice, please contact us!

    • Where can I check the status of my order?

      Use Order Lookup at the bottom of this page. Then you will see where your order is.

    • Can I cancel my order?

      Canceling an order is almost never possible, because we try to ship the orders as quickly as possible. You could always send us an email or call us shortly after placing the order. If that doesn't work, it is possible to return your order.

    • Can I change or supplement my order after receiving confirmation?

      Unfortunately this is not possible. If you have entered the wrong address, you can view the tacking link of the parcel service that is processing your order. You can change the delivery address there. If the package cannot be delivered, we will return the package and contact you.

    • My sneaker was damaged upon receipt, can you help me with this?

      We would like to ask you to send photos and the order number to us by email: cs@sneakerbaas.com

    SneakerBAAS works with the secure internet payment system of Shopify Payment. SneakerBAAS customers can choose between several secure payment options.   • Shipping & Delivery

    SneakerBAAS ships all orders with reputable and reliable shipping companies:

    - POST NL

    - DHL

    - GLS

    Weekend : A domestic order placed on Saturday or Sunday before 12:00 noon will be shipped on the same day and, with some exceptions, will be delivered to you that Monday by the shipping company.

    Working days : A domestic order placed on a working day before 9:00 PM will be shipped on the same day and, with some exceptions, will be delivered to you by the shipping company the next working day.

    The same applies to international orders before 3:00 PM. Our delivery time for a product is a maximum of 7 working days.

    Shipping costs depend on the delivery address, weight and size of the order.

    You can view your order at any time by logging into your BAAS account or using Order Lookup at the bottom of this page. If you have not received an email, we recommend that you check your spam box.

  • Returns

    - A SneakerBAAS order can always be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order, provided the products are in their original condition.

    - We will not refund money or exchange products if they are not in their original condition and are returned in the original packaging.

    - Shipping costs will be reimbursed in the form of BAAS points that can be used on the next order. The actual shipping costs will not be reimbursed by SneakerBAAS.

    - Returned products from the SALE category can be converted into credit, exchanged for another product or refunded to the account used for payment.

    - We will wait with the refund until we have received the goods back. If you have paid an amount, SneakerBAAS will refund this amount as soon as possible (no later than within 14 working days after receipt of the return shipment).

    - SneakerBAAS is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during return shipping.

    - We try to process all returns as quickly as possible with a maximum duration of 14 working days. SneakerBAAS strives to send an email when the returns process has been completed, but cannot guarantee this. Check yourself whether you have received the amount to be refunded.

    - SneakerBAAS will process the defective sneaker and, if necessary, consult with the supplier of the product. If the damage is caused by a manufacturing error, you will receive a new product of your choice (same purchase amount).

    - It is not possible for us to refund money for defective worn sneakers.

    Returns process

    The following is important when returning a SneakerBAAS order:

    - Returned products in the original packaging (accompanying shoe box) must be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipment.

    - Always include the fully completed return form , download it HERE!

    - Returned products must always be sent to us prepaid, unstamped returns will not be accepted.

    - Save the track & trace code you received from the postal company.

    - SneakerBAAS is not responsible for lost packages.
