BAASsound also falls under the guise SneakerBAAS, so all conditions apply to both. By participating in SneakerBAAS promotions and giveaways, you fully agree to these SneakerBAAS terms and conditions and certify that you meet all eligibility requirements.

• Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will void all entries unless explicitly stated otherwise in the giveaway. - Participation takes place when you have fully participated in all steps as described in the giveaway. Employees of SneakerBAAS are excluded from participation.
• If a closing date/time is indicated, participation must take place before the closing date/time.
• SneakerBAAS approaches the winner. The winner must respond within one week after SneakerBAAS has contacted the winner personally, otherwise the prize will be forfeited.
• Each winner agrees, by entering a giveaway, that SneakerBAAS may use the winner's name in any manner and in any medium for promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation required.
• Prices are subject to availability. No cash or other alternative prize will be available in the event of a win and SneakerBAAS reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize at any time without notice. Prizes are not transferable.
• SneakerBAAS has organized this giveaway in good faith and in no event will it be liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from or arising out of any aspect of the acceptance or use of the prize .
• SneakerBAAS reserves the right to change the provisions of the terms and conditions at its sole discretion, which will be effective immediately upon publication.
• SneakerBAAS reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the giveaway, or extend or resume the entry period, at any time.
• SneakerBAAS reserves the right to disqualify any entrant without notice and will do so if it cannot be guaranteed that the giveaway can be conducted fairly or correctly for technical, legal or other reasons. This also applies if SneakerBAAS suspects any person of tampering with the entries or the results, or has provided incorrect information or has otherwise acted unethically.
