The American brand Autry has been selling the thickest sneakers since 1982. The strategy was to make sport specific sneakers. Through enormous marketing investments and advertising campaigns in the most important lifestyle and sports magazines, Autry became one of the best-known and best-selling sneaker brands in North America within a few years.
2019 marks the date of Autry's international relaunch, with the complete Autry "Medalist" range being distributed to premium customers around the world for spring/summer 2020.
