For the "Two Rivers" project, Lapstone has transformed one of Saucony's historic running silhouettes, the Courageous, into a brand new model: the Courageous Moc. The addition of a stitched "moc" toe box is the centerpiece of the design, and the reason this shoe stands out as the first Saucony sneaker to be hand-stitched in decades.
That level of personal attention to detail extends throughout the rest of the model, with a mix of premium silk, suede and Horween leather lining the upper of the sneakers. A calfskin lining, a sherpa-covered tongue, a molded cork midsole and an EVA outsole made of corrugated rubber with shark teeth. All ensure special quality and details.
Additional details include Lapstone & Hammer branding on the woven tongue label and insole. Each pair comes with leather "waxed" laces and 2 lacelocks.
